Our Continental Slice is made for Kennedy’s and selected to match the traditional character of our Lancashire bakery range. Puff pastry, jam, custard, cream and fondant create a layered cake-shop slice with contrasting textures. It offers the familiar look, flavour and generous portion customers expect from a proper local cake counter. Made specifically for our bakery range, it sits naturally alongside Kennedy’s own pies, pastries and sweet treats while giving customers more choice for cake boxes, celebrations and everyday treats. WHEAT Flour, Calcium Carbonate, Niacin, Iron, Thiamin, Water, All Veg Margarine, Pastry Margarine (Palm oil, Rapeseed oil), Water, Salt, Emulsifier, Mono diglycerides of Fatty acids. Colours: Annoto, Curcumin. Jam contains: (Sugar, Apple Puree, Glucose Syrup, Raspberry Puree, Gelling Agent: Pectin, Colour, Anthocyamin, Acidity Regulators: Citric acid, Trisodium Citrate Flavour (May contain traces of EGG, SOYA, MILK, SULPHUR DIOXIDE, GLUTEN). (Jam is produced in a factory that may contain NUTS). Custard contains: Sulphur, Modified Starch, Whey Powder (from MILK), Gelling agent (E401, E450iii), Raising agent (E450i), Colour (E104, E110, E171), Firming agent (E516) – produced in a factory handing EGG, MILK, SOYA and cereal containing GLUTEN.
